The owner Scott came out to give an estimate on repairs and/or a new roof. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. He did not bring a ladder and said he would have someone out later in the week to get up on the roof to give an estimate. Two weeks later, nothing. I called and spoke with his office manager and let her know what happened and she said they would get the estimate for me. A month later, nothing. If this is how they work when trying to get your business, imagine what happens once you give them money! Update - on 6/12/19, Scott called to follow up on the review. He was pleasant and genuinely concerned to get to the bottom of why the follow up never happened. Will send an update once I see how the follow up goes this time.

Marathon came and property finished a job that another company couldn’t and quicker than expected. And no extra roof nails on the driveway

Marathon did half a job at our house and after a year of our following up to attempt them to get them to come back, we gave up
