We spent $20,000 on new roofing and siding with Phifer, and had chosen them based on their good reviews. Now we are having problems with the siding pealing and they won't return multiple phone messages and emails. If you care about support after installation, these aren't the guys.

Phifer Construction installed new gutters on my house in 2013. They provided a lifetime warranty on all workmanship and service. My rear main house gutter separated from the roof fascia board. I contacted Phifer who reattached the gutter and installed drip guard. Their response and quality of workmanship was outstanding. I would without question recommend them for new gutters, downspouts and roofing. Robert Wason, Laurel, Md.

Had my roof replaced by these folks. They showed up on time for both the original estimate and the actual work. Worked like crazy and got it done faster than I would've believed possible, then cleaned up after themselves. The bill was for exactly the amount originally estimated; no surprises. Inspecting the work, it's very well done, and I am in every way pleased. I highly recommend them; it's very nice to to deal with a company which does what it says it will, when it says it will, for the amount it says it will.
