30 days after the Tex-Cote job was competed it started to Chip, Peel and Crack. I called the office to notify them of the situation and no one ever called me back. It took 18 days for someone to actually speak to me about the problem, and not even someone in management. They are scheduled to come back this Thursday 3/21/2019, weather is predicting rain. I am predicting they are not going to show. The roof job they did is a joke as well. I will Never do business with them again and I don't recommend them.

To the owner of Pacific Homeworks. Your truck and sales people were in our neighborhood today. I have a considerable amount of work I need to have done and took their flier. Today, reviews mean everything. The fact you have such negative google and yelp reviews and 34 BBB complaints in 3 years, tells me you are not the right company. A shame.

If I could give it less stars I definitely would. This company is a complete joke and will only serve you if you're willing to pay for a big contract. They warranty their work but good luck getting them to come out and fix their mistakes. I had my roof done by them and they've even promised to send guys out to fix the leaks and no one has shown for the last 3 months. Once they have your money it's over.

We received prompt, efficient, courteous service. House was painted with Cool Wall and it looks beautiful. All of the staff were very professional and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. We highly recommend Pacific Homeworks for any home repair. From start to finish everything was thoroughly explained and everything promised was expertly delivered.

They came to my parents house and had the audacity to waste 5 hours of our time make up some B.S. about water leaking through the roof when we have no visible water damage. I just came home from 12 hours of work to these idiots pulling the used car salesman tactics of well if you don't take it at this price there wont be another chance and no you can't look at other options you have to sign today. Just no don't ever go to these people and don't ever let them near your house.
