Ace Roofing provided excellent service of my cedar shake roof replacement. The pricing was competitive with other companies, however the customer service was exceptional. Jason was very informed, professional and efficient. He followed up with us and the management company for the community in which I live and kept us very informed - particularly when rescheduling was necessary due to changing weather conditions. The team was punctual, work was thoroughly done and clean up was meticulous. I would highly recommend this company .

Jason was great throughout the whole process. He was punctual and was wonderful at articulating what the damages were, what the remedies were as well as the timeline. Regarding the timeline, it was pushed to the following day as there was heavy rains on the original date. The crew that performed the work were great as well. My roof replacement was scheduled further out, but he was able to have my replacement scheduled sooner.
