I interviewed several roofing contractors before deciding on Craftmasters for our replacement roof. Passionately promoting quality roofing materials, workmanship and attention to detail from beginning to end, made the final decision to choose Craftmasters a no brainer. Roofing materials were ordered and delivered in a matter of days. As soon as weather permitted, the old roof was removed, new plywood put down were it was needed and all of the new roof components were installed. A great job was done on clean up and the new roof looks great! Thank you Craftmasters!

Met them at the Home & Garden Show in Timonium, MD. My wife and I went prepared to find contractors for several home improvement projects. Met with Doug who was very nice, and CraftMasters Remodeling was one of the first contractors we made an appointment to come out to our home Friday night at 6 PM for an estimate. They didn't show up. I called them at 7 pm, left a message. The "scheduler" returned my call within 5 minutes. He was very nice and apologized, thinking that he may have inadvertently made the appointment for the wrong week. He wasn't in the office, but said he would call me back the following day to see what happened. I said I have two other contractors coming for different projects, but would be done by 1 pm. He said he would call me at 1:30. He never called. Needless to say I'm less than impressed. Apparently this company doesn't care about making appointments such that we alter our schedules to receive their visit, but they don't show. And, when given the opportunity for a second chance, blow it again. I can't help but expect that their service could very well be the same once contracted, too. Over promise, under deliver?

Robert Ward and his crew did a great job remodeling my kitchen. The kitchen looks fantastic; better than I could have imagined. It feels like I'm in a new house, with additional renovations done on the living room and dining room area. This is the second time I have used Craftmasters Remodeling. The first time was four years ago for my bathroom. I still get compliments today on how great my bathroom looks. Thank you Robert Ward and your crew for a job well done.
