Chad did an amazing and quick repair then never invoices me. I had to hunt him down. He is a kind person and does outstanding work. I am having him come out and repair other areas on a 50 year roof that was improperly nailed. He did a square in like five minutes. He removed the broken shingles and replaced them so fast I didn’t see him leave. Nice to know there are good people out there.
