They installed a deck 5 years ago. Now, the deck is falling apart. Significant warping of some boards, the railings are all leaning away from the deck, some boards have fallen off, and the substructure has warped. I've spent the past 4 months trying to get them to cover it under their warranty to no effect - they don't return phone calls and don't follow through on anything. I've left messages multiple times per week for 4 months, and received a total of 3 return phone calls and no progress on getting the deck fixed. Stuff happens, and I'm not upset about the deck needing repairs... I am, however, upset about their significant lack of follow through and failure (thus far) to honor their warranty commitment.
