Honest and professional and timely! We had a leak at a property in Golden Valley. My husband removed most of the snow and ice. But it still leaked the next day. Called Jake at Ice Dam Steam Team and they sent Brent out to take a look within the hour. Jake reported back right way that leak was residual water and hubby did the job. There were some ice left, but not enough anymore to create a dam effect. I was very impressed with the honesty and integrity. In addition, they did not charge for the service. I'm definitely keeping these guys on speed dial!

We provided trucking services for him in fall. We have yet to collect payment for this. Tried contacting him multiple times. In December he promised payment. No payment yet. Now he does not return calls or messages.Talked to other individuals he has also done this to. Not good business in my opinion. Would be very careful dealing with this company.

This company is great to work with! Jake came out to our house on a Sunday afternoon (a few hours after the initial phone call!) to help resolve the ice dam buildup on our roof.
