We had seven condominium buildings with 26 units and Glennstone assisted us with a disagreement with our insurance company on the amount of our settlement. The sign of a great company is not when they do what is asked of them. You expect a company to do what they are paid to do. But when they go above and beyond is when the great companies stand out. When Glenstone replaced some of the shingles that had blown off I was not happy with the color match as my roof was 10 year old. The guys at Glenstone found several possible other matches. Nothing was perfect of course but they allowed me to pick a color that I was happier with. Not their fault it could not be matched perfectly but they replaced the shingles with ones I felt more comfortable with. They deserve every star in this 5 star rating.
