1 star doesn't do this company justice, but 0 stars isn't an option. This is the first review I have ever been inclined to write, but I want to make sure that nobody else goes through my experience. We had Patrick's Roofing come out to fix a leak in our roof that was over our kitchen. They came out next day and did some work and left. One week later when we had our first rain since the fix, the ceiling was still leaking unfortunately. I called this company back to explain that the leak had reappeared on a weekend, and we would make due until they could get back out to see us. The person who answered answered "Hello, who's this?" and was unprofessional on the phone. It was very strange to call a business and hear that. He told me he had a wedding and would call me back later in the week and rushed off the phone without taking my name or number. Fast forward 5 days... I called back and again was greeted by "Hello, who is this?" I asked the individual if they were coming out to correct the work, and that I had never heard back from my previous call. I was told he had another wedding and was busy. I asked if there was someone else to speak to, or possibly the owner, because it seemed very strange and unprofessional how someone would talk like this. As soon as I asked to speak to someone else, he hung up on me. I was patient and polite given the circumstance. I have tried calling a few times and have not heard back. The fact that someone has a business and runs it this way is the reason I wanted to make sure I gave future customers a heads-up. I read reviews on Google before booking services, so this type of review would have been helpful prior to scheduling Patrick's Roofing.

Patrick has put a new roof on my house two different times and did an excellent job.

Patrick is the real deal in roofing, have had him do repairs fair and genuine, a real pro. If you want the best roofing company in town, Patrick's Roofing is the place I would recommend.
