We had a very positive experience working with Dalco for several recent home projects: new roof, replaced a sliding door, and had siding installed in areas that were painted wood (the rest of the house is brick). Doug was our sales/project manager and he was great to work with. Our selection and installation process was long due the fact that we were also having a patio installed (different builder). It was important for the projects to go in a certain order and Doug/Dalco were accommodating to those needs without any issue. We had several bids for the projects and Dalco provided the best value.

We were very impressed with Dalco! We had been interested in getting a new front door for many years. Brian Dickerson from Dalco came to our home for a consultation. He was very professional and thorough and truly an expert. We were also very impressed with the rest of the staff. We could not be happier with the results! We get so many compliments on our beautiful front door. I would recommend Dalco for any home improvements! Their service and products are TOP TIER!

Dalco was easy to work with and did a great job. My home was damaged during a storm and Dalco made working with the insurance company very easy and painless. Doug Meyers from Dalco did a great job handling the project and keeping me updated as he fought with insurance. Once the work was approved by the insurance company Dalco didn't waste any time. All the projects (roof, sliding, window, and gutters) were finished quickly and professionally. Overall, I don't think I could have picked a better company to work with.

The quality of the window is impeccable, installers were terrific, everything ended up excellent. Their lead times happened to put my project on hold for a month and a half. That's not their fault. But their response to me was not empathetic or customer focused. We will use them again. Because they are better than everyone else.
