Lifetime Roofs replaced my asphalt roof with a metal roof in September 2017. In November 2017 there was one heavy snowfall and by the end of November it all melted away. The gutters are now heavily sagging and the winter hasn't even begun. I didn't have saggy gutters like this with the old asphalt roof even after multiple winters. Clearly not enough brackets and/or not the right brackets were used with the gutter when the switch was made to a metal roof. To fix the gutters now with additional brackets I will have to drill through the drip edge. I won't even get into all the other issues that I had with this contractor, as the story would be too long. I do not recommend. If I had to do it again I would hire someone who actually cares about the customer.
Lifetime Roofs is not a registered contractor! Lynch is not insured, bonded, etc. The employees are not covered by Work Comp and are, in fact, paid 'under the table'. This can be verified by contacting the MT Dept. of Labor and Industry. BEWARE!!
The boss did not communicate with the workers, so the work was not done the way we had discussed. They "made it right," but not the best quality service or work.
