I spent almost $4000 on Gutter Helmet for my home. I have called them twice to come out & give me an estimate on some storm damage to my Gutter Helmet system & to give me a quote to thoroughly clean my gutters out. I was quoted a cleaning price on my second call. The lady I talked with said she was new-this was back in September by the way. She was very nice & told me someone would be in touch the following Monday to schedule an appointment. It is now January, 2019 & I still have not received that call. There is no 'Service after the Sale" with this company. They take your money then they conveniently "don't know you" when you call them for future needs. My advice to anyone out there would be to go elsewhere for your guttering needs. The 20% discount coupon brochures they send to old customers for any new projects are plain old Bolonie-just ignore them & throw them away.

I had Gutter Helmet installed on my house and, more recently, my covered porch. I had some damage from a fallen tree branch. I called, texted and emailed, trying to schedule a repair. Two times I was promised, "We'll get it scheduled and get back to you.". Never happened. Then they stopped responding to my calls and texts completely. I've got to find another contractor to service my gutters. Shameful service to a good customer.

Love not having to clean the gutters.
