They did a great job on the repairs my mother's home needed after the hurricane! They worked very hard with her insurance company to get them to cover her roof replacement which was very needed! The are very professional. She absolutely loves it & would highly recommend them to others!

They stopped the problem areas from leaking with a quick fix, then helped work with adjusters and insurance company, walking us through each step. When it came time for bids, they were on par with everyone else out there but willing to go the extra mile and make things better than they were before. The team was working in cold conditions but never once complained, they picked up after themselves each day, spent time with us to understand the real problem areas, and showed us everything they found along the way. It was nearly 6 months between the hurricane and time the insurance company closed the claim, Herring completed the roof work within a few weeks of the hurricane and then voluntarily stuck with us through those long 6 months to help navigate the claims process, lender inspections and other contractors. After Hurricane Florence, I had roof damage and some inside damage from the rain. Herring Residential was contacted and immediately came out to tarp the roof. When the insurance adjuster came, Eric had no issues stepping in to handle the claim. He had his crew out the following Monday and finished everything within the week.
