Highly recommend! Effortless communication throughout the whole process. Hurricane Florence did a bit of remodeling on our roof. I reached out looking for someone willing to come out and tarp our roof. Joey and his guys showed up the day after the storm and quickly assessed our situation, and tarped it up preventing further damage to our property. Pro exterior took the time to walk me through the entire process while my husband was deployed without ever using pushy sale tactics. They allowed us to remain in control of decisions, but also educated us to allow us to make sure we were capable to do so. When our insurance company made mistakes or made things difficult Pro Exterior stepped in and made extra trips back out to the house to document the full extent of damage that our adjuster “missed” and made calls to our home insurance company to help take the burden of some of the stress. Ultimately they got the whole roof covered. As my husband says, “we have the best looking roof in the neighborhood.”

I really wish I didn't have to post this complaint but I have to. I purchased the house and needed a quote before we lost our time du-diligence. The GC said that he would be out, he was over 2 hours late. After his inspection, the picture explains the remainder of our correspondence. Very bad business practices,***PLEASE HIRE WITH CAUTION***

Professional, dependable friendly contractor. We were hit hard by Hurricane Florence and I called them as soon as the storm let us out of the house. Lemmie was over and tarped our roof in no time. When the insurance adjuster came to our house, Lemmie walked through with them to ensure they didn’t miss anything, which was a blessing as we did not know specifics with homes. After we got our insurance claim, David sat down with us, line by line to ensure the insurance company addressed all issues caused by the storm. He went to work right away and if there were any additional items or concerns, he was there for us to help get the insurance moving. The work looked great and we were happy that we had them work on our home. Pro Exteriors will be the first ones we call if we ever need work done on our home either caused by a storm or just normal upkeep. Thanks again for all you guys did for us.
