This is something that contract exteriors does not do which is understandable. I then asked if we could have someone take a look at attaching the deck to my home, as it's a floating deck, and checking the foundation footers as I would need to have this done to pass permitting inspection. Mrs. Samantha was very clear this is not a big enough job for us sorry. I understand it may not be but there are way better of the ways to express that to a potential client even if you're declining service to them. It is extremely rude.
