Jim and his crew were efficient, professional and did quality work. We will definately use them again.

Jim was very professional and thorough! He did a great job explaining what would happen and how I needed to prep the property for the roofing job. Pricing was straightforward and there were no unreasonable surprises (they uncovered wood that genuinely needed replaced). His crew worked efficiently and cleaned the area very well. I would highly recommend Bulldog Roofing and Construction based on my dealings.

9/17/18 Initial request to Bulldog Roofing(BR) via their website 9/17/18 BR responded to confirm address and set appt for initial inspection on 9/21/2018 9/21/18 BR inspected roof leak issue, gave verbal repair list and indicated he would provide written quote for repairs by end of the weekend (9/23/2018) 9/24/18 I emailed BR to check status of written quote. No response from BR. 9/30/18 I emailed BR second time to ask for status of written quote. 10/2/18 I called BR, no answer and inbox full so no messages could be taken. Texted BR to ask if he was still interested in making repairs on my house. No initial response. 10/5/18 BR texted me, apologizing for delays. Promised to provide written quote 'over the weekend' (10/7/2018). No follow up received. 10/11/18 I texted BR to inform rain event led water to leak into house again. No response. 10/12/18 BR texted me, apologized again, provided dollar quote via text. Acknowledged he 'dropped the ball'. I asked if he could make repairs next week as I needed the repairs made. BR said yes, would confirm when his crew could work this in. 10/16/18 I texted BR to ask for update on date for repairs to be made. Made it known I had been very patient considering BR's lack of communication/urgency to make repairs. BR said his crew would be by 10/17/2018 or 10/18/2018. 10/17/18 BR texted me, said his crew was in traffic, but could do the work 10/18/2018. Both sides agreed to pay in cash, but work would need to be completed on 10/18/2018 as we were leaving for weeklong vacation and I did not want to leave cash out for a week without seeing work. BR agreed. 10/18/18 I texted BR to inform his crew did not come and make repairs as promised. BR responded he was disappointed in crew. 10/19/18 My family and I left for vacation and as I described to Jim, did not leave cash out as I would not be there to see the work and uncomfortable leaving cash out for a week. 10/27/18 My family and I returned from vacation, noticed part of the verbally quoted work scope completed (larger gutter downspout installed, splashguard installed on gutter). Remaining short downspout on upper gutter not installed, nor was upper gutter shortened as verbally quoted. 11/4/18 After assuming BR would return to finish the job, I emailed BR with a picture of work completed, mentioned what was not completed, and informed I would be glad to pay for the work once the job was completed and a detailed invoice was left. No response. 11/12/18 I emailed BR to express my disappointment in the owner and the company in general as water continues to leak in my attic as job was never completed. I mentioned I would have to reach out to a different company to complete this job and would also leave appropriate feedback on his company. No response.
