Share ,yes I will 2015 was my first dealing with this company little did I know how wrong it would turn out to be. 6 months later and 3 calls that they would not return I finaly got them . they came out and very ugly about it , poor work , had to have them out again but only after saying I would take to court. this was 2 years after the job was done, They gave a 5 year warranty here I am 4 years in and leaks in all the same places it started out. after putting out $3000.oo I have called another roofer to fine out Shearin Roofing used water bases product on the roof YES!!! Now I ask you is this someone you want to call? I have 1 year left on warrant for what good that is. This is all I can say DON'T DO IT!!!! THE ONLY WAY TO POST THIS IS TO GIVE IT A STAR THEY DON'T DESERVE IT

I purchased a home from a family in Monroe, NC almost two years ago. They had the roof replaced in 2010. It came with a 7 year warranty for the workmanship and 30 years on the shingles. I have had NUMEROUS leaks ever since I moved into the home. My sellers gave me the Shearins contact information and told me to feel free to share the poor work done on the roof. They did indeed come to my home on one occasion, but the roof STILL leaks. I have another PROFESSIONAL roofer come out and told me that the work done on the roof was SUB-PAR and just shouldn't have been done the way it was. Why would a company write a warranty and then say that they don't honor it, if it's a new homeowner?? After all, it's a roof. What would being a new homeowner possibly do to damage a roof?? I would NOT recommend this company! Being in business over 40 years only works if you do a good job. My next course of action will be with the BBB.
