Mr. Thomsen has done several roofing repairs at a home in Boulder, CO that we own, and is always extremely responsive, honest, and very fair in his fees (never suggesting more work than is required to address an issue). He always identifies the underlying cause of an issue and doesn't suggest a cosmetic issue, especially out of sight, requires an unnecessary repair. His solutions have always addressed the problem we had reported, and did so the first time he came out to do the work. And we never had to do follow up work later for the same issue.
