Do NOT use this company. They do the minimum work to get their check. Once they are paid you will never be able to reach them again. We have a leak in the roof and the owner, Mark Schneidewind, actually told me that it is normal for them to leak if there is a heavy rain with driving winds. Now they will not answer my calls or return my messages. We are stuck with a leaking roof. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. They also operate under Midwest Restoration, and Dollhouse Inc. Mark Schneidewind, the owner, also uses the alias Mark Wagner. I recently found out the have been banned from doing business in the state of Kansas. Do your research before using this company! Also look up Susan Cuthill, she is part owner of this company too. She is just as culpable as Mark Schneidewind. UPDATE 6/12/2019: They finally did come out and repair the roof as I asked. I’m now giving them two stars because (after all I went through) they did honor their warranty.

Example of roofing job by MWR Roofing & Exterior Specialist . Tried to contact MWR roofing when this occurred but no response. Left messages for over a month everyday almost then just realized we got screwed on our roof. We did not pay them right away because they forgot to install the ridge vent, messed up the cables to the satellite dish, and did not nail down shingles under the eves. The rep was their hounding us for the money, that should have been our clue. I would not recommend them for any roofing job in the future.
