Very knowledgeable about the insurance paperwork. I was relieved that they took care of everything for me. Jim's crew completed my roof in one day and cleaned up the whole area very well. I have used other local roofing companies and was not happy. I was impressed with Jim's Roofing and will use them again.

Poor Service, Terrible Follow up and shady Billing Practices! Took 6 months to finalize our claim with our insurance company and when we said we didnt want windows to be done until the spring because we didnt want our house opened up all winter, we didnt hear from him again until he sent us another 5k bill for work he already did. We needed our deck refinished, he sent two kids who brought their pitbull puppy while listening to rap music. Within 6 months the deck has major peeling, HORRIBLE JOB! He is a nice guy, but DON'T TRUST!!!
