The June storm in 2017 totaled the roof on my 1930’s home and the roofs on all my rentals. I have now had 3 steel roofs installed by Lastime, and a tier 4 asphalt, with gutters on all plus siding and window/door wrap. I also had radiant barriers put in. The steel is not cheap, but well worth it. Prices comparative or rather irrelevant, as covered by insurance. The radiant barrier is comparatively cheap for what it does (it works!). Energy star shingles I can’t say yet whether worth it or not. Gutters were nicely done, so was the siding, vents and such. I can’t say they picked up every fastener, but who could? Crews friendly and worked to do it right. I primarily dealt with Jaime, one of the Pflug brothers I think. He was knowledgeable and responsive, and worked well with my insurance company stuff during a very busy time. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased, and would use them again.

Flooded my basement by installing gutters at next door neighbors. Came to look at it and never called back. Won't give my insurance information and won't follow through, So now to court. No inspection was done when finished. Worst company ever and I didn't even hire them
