First tech was nice. I liked him and he was helpful. 2nd tech was rude, didn't do anything and said was my problem to deal with company I purchased appliance from, eventhough they sent him out and said he would resolve. Didn't even have the tools he was supposed to have. 3rd tech (2nd today!) that company sent out just called after waiting 3 hours to say he isn't coming. I Call service company direct and agent hung up on me when I asked for his name.

Eric has a fantastic business, a great work ethic and his crew of roofers are the best. They were very professional and courteous, did a great job with the roof and the clean-up was unbelievable. Worst company ever money hungry roofers taking advantage of storm victims

Our roof was replaced as quoted and the workers were extremely courteous and pleasant to have at the house. At the end of every day they were meticulous about cleaning up the mess (which is no small task!). There were complications discovered when the old roof was removed, but the crew still managed to finish the job in the original quoted timeframe. We were very pleased with A & E.
