Kerrigan Roofing did a full tear-off/replacement of our roof and we couldn't be more pleased with the process and the work. Kerrigan was the only company that did a really thorough inspection of our roof for our estimate. This included going inside our attic to check for issues. Aaron, the owner, included clear photos and explanations of each problem area that needed to be addressed and why. That focus meant our estimate for a roof tear-off and replacement was complete and we didn't have any surprises on our bill because "other issues" were found after the work was started. Kerrigan quoted us for a 50 year roof, replacing all of our vents and exhaust fans with new, and offered a far more comprehensive warranty. Most of our other quotes were for 30 year roofs without updating our vents, and most had warranties that were 10 years or less. Even with all the additional benefits, Kerrigan's quote was comparable in price to the others. We did our homework because we knew such a big expense deserves that. After a steady stream of roofers looking at our roof and giving us prices, choosing Kerrigan was a no brainer! Once the crew started, our huge roof was completed in a little over a day, it looks great, and we could tell that it was done with quality material. I would recommend Kerrigan Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. Solid company!
