Terrible experience all around. We were told that they did siding after they finished our roof. Our contractor hired them to side our new build. They were finishing the job in a snow storm, in the dark, with their headlights on their vehicles shining on the house. Needless to say that when the snow melted a few weeks later, the finished product was terrible, not to mention the mess of debris and nails all left behind under the melting snow for my husband and I to clean up. Needless to say we are in the process of trying to get someone to fix the mess they made. This was said to be the "finished" product. Our contractor was instructed to withhold the final payment, due to this.

Jim ( the owner ) came out to my house 6-20-19 to seal a leak because I had water dripping into the house, oh I should mention after we talked he came over 1-1/2 hrs. later to help. They sealed the leak. I asked him to give me a quote ( very fair ). He said he could do it the next week. Other company's said I would have to wait but Jim said since I had water issues I go to the top of the list. His project manager Marvin arrived a few days later with his crew at 8:00 am and at 6:30 pm they were done !!!! 34 square feet which is a lot and they also replaced 4 sheets of plywood and you would have never known they where there. I went to work before they started and came home and they were gone. Cleanup was fantastic , I found 2 nails in a flower bed 1 piece of a shingle and a piece of paper thats it. Marvin called and sent pictures though out the day. THEY TAKE QUALITY SERIOUSLY !!!!!!!

S & K did a wonderful job on my roof. There price was affordable. They were very friendly and professional. There workers were excellent.

S&K Construction did an Outstanding job when replacing my roof. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. The price was more than fair, and a warranty that covers everything I wanted. The cleanup after each day was outstanding. You really did not notice a roof job was being done when they finished. If you need a roof or any other job that S&K Construction can do, do yourself a favor and give them a chance to show you why I gave them 5 Stars. You will not regret it.

I am excepionally pleased with the work that s&k construction did. I would highly recommend them to anyone! They are a very friendly, honest and hard working team!! Great job guys!
