Prompt, professional courteous service. For this call, I received same day service. Out within a couple hours, had my shingles already on the truck. Explained issue and fix in easy manner. No pressure, as opposed to a storm chaser that had tried to sell me on doing the fix for more money.

I called Burns roofing after having a cap blow off of a dormer in a storm. The owner (Scott) took the time to stop by the very next day to have a look. He explained everything thoroughly, and asked what I thought about a certain price for the job. It was fair, and he had got there so quickly that I didn’t even see a need to haggle (a rarity). He happened have a matching color in his truck, and completed the repair in about 15 minutes- leaving it better than it was originally! Nothing impresses me more than quality work, when the current trend is “quick and cheap”. I would expect a knowledgeable and informative interaction if you contact him for anything. I had them replace a roof and do soffit / fascia repair and gutter replacement on a rental property. Scott is the owner and he took the time to answer all of our questions before engaging them. Roof job was expertly done and timely. Another crew did the soffit and fascia work and unfortunately it was not done very well. The owner Scott does inspections of his crew’s work and let me know that he was NOT happy with the work they had done which was great because I was about to call him and tell him the same. He took 100% responsibility and assured me everything would be fixed according to his approval. He fixed everything to my approval and went above and beyond to even install lights and some additional wood that needed replaced at no additional charge for the hassle. He’s honest - only does what needs done and stands behind the work….rare these days. Highly recommend – hire him with confidence.

We lost a couple shingles during the high winds over the holiday. A neighbor recommended Burns Roofing. When I contacted them, Scott said he would be at our neighbor's and would stop by. He took a look, gave me a quote, and told me he could fix it right then, because he keeps shingles used in our development on-hand. I gave him permission and he was done in about 15 or 20 minutes. It is not always possible to get same-day service, but it was greatly appreciated...as was the friendly interaction with Scott!
