Hired R.R after tornado in 2010. Everything handled well initially when we had roof and siding replaced. After 1st rain, found we had a leak in roof. R.R came right out to fix leak and repair damaged ceiling inside. Since then, any big rain has caused further leaks. Each time I call, they send someone out and they tell me it's fixed only to happen again. The last time they even charged me stating that it was a new issue. When it happened again this fall, I didn't even get a response so I hired a company that repairs roofs after tornado chasers are done. They found the issue within 5 minutes and showed me how the lack of flashing during installation had caused the problem and how they had used tar, foam and caulk when they had come back to "fix" the problem. Repairs cost $2000 and I have gotten no response back from Mike when I informed him of this. I still have a collapsing ceiling inside to fix as well.

Five stars to Mike. Within minutes Mike (the owner) phoned and made an appointment to be out to give me a quote. Instead of just a quote he fixed my problem within 45 minutes. I would absolutely call his company again and refer him to anyone who needs roof repair. You just don't see this type of good service out there.
