We are currently prepping our house to go on the market in two weeks, after 5 phone calls during 2 weeks, Bill finally showed up to look at damage to garage caused by bad install of siding. Of course he immediately blamed termites! Then after we pointed out all the water soaked rotted wood, he admitted to bad install. said he couldn't get anyone here for 6-8 weeks. BUYER BEWARE
