the best for remodeling. All materials are top of the line and guaranteed for life. They do a professional job and if there is a problem they take care of it. They also will finance. I couldnt be happier!!

After repeated sales calls I agreed to have a quote done for our windows; they didn't show up. I called and rescheduled. A "90 minute" evaluation and quote turned into 2.5 hours and ended with the salesman shattering his sample window on my tile floor. The following morning I received a call stating, "We're not saying we made a mistake but we believe if we come back out we can get you a better price on your windows." I know how this game is played but come on, 12 hours later? I declined but advised them that they have all the information they need to re-quote the windows. After receiving 3-4 calls a week I relented and said they could stop by with the new quote. They repeatedly asked me to set aside 90 minutes to go over the information and to quote new doors. I don't want new doors, I never mentioned new doors. I received the same call from different people asking me the same questions over and over; "How old is the home?" "Are the windows wood, vinyl or aluminum?" "Are they drafty? What rooms are you noticing drafts in?" I cancelled and told them I'm no longer interested in doing business with them. They are extremely high pressure and very unprofessional.

Don't waste your money. Initially, they come off as a great solution. If there are problems with the final product, be prepared to be given the run around. Our flooring has been messed up since a week after the install due to a leak from the toilet. When they put the toilet back, they screwed up the wax seal. I called them to have it fixed. In the end, I fixed it myself because of what happened below. They sent me a window salesman. I had already sat through that presentation. When I explained the problem, he called headquarters to let them know. Then, he proceeded to tell me how to fix it myself. Really? I would have thought the warranty would have covered this. He scheduled a time for the repairman to come out afterward. They sent another salesman. He called headquarters to set up another time for repairs. They never showed up again. Find another installer, or do it yourself. You'll save yourself time and stress. Update 11/05/2018: We had a random visit from another salesman. He set up a time to give us another window demo. There was actually a service estimator that came out to tell us the damage was our fault. After years of blowing us off and ignoring our requests for service, they blamed the compounded damage on us. They said they would give us free labor, but we'd have to buy new flooring to replace the flooring their bad work practices damaged. These guys are batting 1000 for bad workmanship and customer relations. We finally told them to not enter our home again.
