Stay away from this company. It’s a shame that we had to constantly monitor work. Sure repairs were made when needed, but that should not have been needed. The owner never returns phone calls. Desperate for pay. As of today, still needing gate to be repaired on my new pool deck and a board to be installed on front of deck. Should have been back out today. My husband called office. Told she would talk to this owner Jason P and get back with us today or tomorrow. If this goes into Monday, I will be taking further action. LATEST UPDATE In following comment, it is not accurate. This project is NOT complete. IF I could post pictures I would. The owner is supposed to come out on Tuesday 6/18/19 only because I demanded he do so. He wanted to send his wack of a crew out for the fourth time tomorrow. We called the guy and said not to come out. If this is not resolved on Tuesday, I am filing a BBB complaint AND filing a fraud report with my credit union. Money was collected in full, but job not right. Check Yelp, you will see pictures there. UPDATE AS OF 6/22/19 Jason came out on 6/18/19 to assess situation. He spoke with both my husband and I. New materials were going to be ordered to totally redo stairs. He called on 6/20/19 to say materials were in and he would be out on 6/22/19. He arrived on Saturday, along with the guy who did stairs originally, and totally redid them. It looks like it should. I would hope that this doesn’t happen to any future customers. Unnecessary stress and time wasted. This particular crew could definitely benefit from some job training. Not only that, but be expected to work 8 hour days, arrive at a decent , consistent time. Also, have respect and not smoke on the job. Although the situation was remedied, we will never hire this company again in the future.

Purchased a Sunsetter Awning because of the sun beating down on our patio. Our patio was able to be used during even the hottest days. Simple sales process from Abc and installation was when promised. Highly recommend both product and company

When I found this company was top rated at Checkbook, I had them come by and give me an estimate. I was told that the company had changed hands and that the prices would be a little higher. Much to my chagrin, they were over 50% higher than the other estimate I got. The other company, XOTec installed my 16 new windows and did a really great job.

Although all of the work was completed it was disappointing to have to monitor quality of each crew. Repairs were made in a timely manner however ownership appears so desperate for cash they will need payment to stay afloat. If your looking for a local contractor keep looking. There are better ones out there. I have attached photos of your craftsmanship when you expected full payment. I have several more however these two show your installation of a finished door according to your company. Regardless of what the BBB implied policy is, your companies heavy handed demands for payment were not appreciated. I have already contracted with other vendors to finish your work and perform additional work.
