They put a scratch in the tub giving her a 1800 number to call to get fix. Then when she tried to take a bath for the first time the tub wouldn't hold water. When she called to have it fixed the owner said he knew it wouldn't hold water but knew they we're shower people and thought they never know. But they did end up fixing it.
