I can't thank Summit Roofing enough for their superb customer service and expertise. My permanent residence is in another state and Jesse made the process seamless. I felt at ease knowing he was available to answer questions, keep me updated about the progress, and walked me through the required insurance process from start to finish. I am often intimidated or feel like contractors are "pulling one over on me" but that could not have been further from the case with Summit Roofing. The team behind Jesse doing the work on the roof were also extremely nice. I made a couple "rookie miscommunication mistakes" and they were extremely accommodating, working with me to solve the issue. Thank you to Jesse and the entire Summit Roofing team. If you are reading this to decide between roofers I would recommend you give them a call, have that free conversation, and see for yourself they are the way to go.

I called Summit on the day after Thanksgiving looking for a second opinion on our roof. I was able to speak to the GC immediately and he gave me his undivided attention. He and his roofer were on my roof 5 hours later. Given the holiday weekend, I was thrilled they made it happen so quickly. They walked me through the type of roof/shingles, age of the roof, gutter concerns and options for repair or replacement. Thankfully, we just need repairs for now, but I will definitely call on them when it's time to replace the roof. Like the other reviewers, I found them responsive, approachable, straightforward and knowledgeable about insurance claims, which in our case wasn't an option, but it was also helpful to know that. Highly recommend!!!

Summit Roofing and Construction has been wonderful! They gave me an honest and accurate assessment of my roof (which was in terrible shape), helped me understand how to work with my insurance company, and once funding was secured, installed a beautiful roof and cleaned up the site after. From my initial contact with them until my new roof was installed was no more than three weeks, and I couldn't be happier! Jesse Henderson was especially friendly and professional, and his explanations about the process and his regular contact throughout were exactly what I needed. I can't thank this company enough for the work they did in getting me a new roof, and I enthusiastically recommend them to others.
