I submitted a request in October for a quote, as I was planning on having my roof redone in the Spring. Company Rep Brittany was responsive and got me scheduled with an estimator for the first week of November. Blake came out to my house, checked my roof and told me that it would be a few days before he would be able to get me the estimate for the replacement after he had me verify that the contact information on his paperwork was accurate. I told him that a few days would be fine as I obviously wasn't starting my project until the spring. Fast foward into December, I still don't have a quote. So I do the reasonable thing and contact Brittany again. She tells me that she got in touch with Blake and that he would send me the quote for my roof the next day. I get nothing for 2 weeks and I reach back out to Brittany, this time I get NO response. So in January I send another follow up email, informing her that I have lost confidence in her and S&S Roofing. That I am willing to let her boss or company owner change my mind and I still haven't heard back from anyone in the company. So I can't rate the work the company does because they haven't actually done any, including providing me with a quote.

I called in to ask if they did commercial and a women treated me like some telemarketer and was very rude. Me and my clients like to work with professionals .
