I live directly across the street from a condominium job this company is currently doing. They are still working on the same roof they started on six months ago! I did a fair amount of roofing back in the day as a casual laborer, and my bosses always put enough men on the job to finish in a reasonable time, often just a matter of days, including large warehouse roofs for the Port Of Seattle. I have been listening to hammering and pounding for months now, even as the weather turns cold and no one else is roofing. I've seen entire apartment buildings go up around town in the time it's taken these guys to screw around with this roof. As if that weren't enough, the crew parks their vehicles in areas that are clearly designated 'no parking.' Would I use this company? What do you think?

I would give zero if I could. And you can look at my other reviews on here, and understand, that I hardly ever give a bad review of anybody. Long story short, I just kicked two guys off my property and felt very creeped out while they were here. They were here to give a bid, and immediately wanted to tear into my roof and skylight before even talking about it. The boss who booked the appointment acted like they were doing ME a favor in the first place. I had to actually go up on the roof to get them to NOT tear into my shingles. In my opinion, they weren't happy, simply bidding the project. I feel they wanted to put me over the barrel with torn up shingles and the like. From start to finish, this was a very poor experience, will go with someone else. And hopefully they set an appointment for 11:30, and show up four hours late.

These are great people and they do an excellent job. I hired Leak Seal to do a metal roof an a floating home. They were very professional and did a beautiful job on a difficult project. They took as many trips as was necessary and ordered extra parts and even worked on a Sunday in order to get the job done in a timely manner. I would hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

I"ve worked with Paul and find him to be honest and well informed. he has materials that I had never seen before. If you need a quote or a new roof he is definitely someone you should talk to.
