The middle of February we encountered a major leak on our 12 year old roof. Neil came, checked it out and ended up having to tarp it until the weather changed enough to totally replace the roof. Neil came to my house and took no measurements. He said he would do it all by GPS and give me a quote within the next two days. After four days I called him back and left a voicemail asking for the quote. A week has passed and I have yet to get a response. How he stays in business with that kind of customer service is beyond me.
