We had our roofing job completed the week of May 14, 2018. The workmanship was very good and the tear-off & replacement was completed in 1.5 days. The dumpster was removed from the driveway the day after. The crew did a really nice clean-up job on the grass, deck, and shrub beds. Garitt, the sales rep and crew lead, was great to work with - knowledgeable, honest, and is not a high pressure salesman. He clearly explained the aspects of the job and documented the agreements on the contract. He provided the post-work inspection. Frank-Dale will likely not be the lowest bid (nor the highest!), but provided very good value for the cost. We are satisfied customers!

My wife and I dreaded the time when our 29 year old original roof would need replacement. We searched online for advice and found nothing but roof replacement horror stories. We narrowed our choice for estimates to 3. Frank-Dale Roofing & Exteriors was the contractor we chose. And what a GREAT decision that was. From the owner Andy on first visit with the selection and estimate, to the Project Manager Garrett scheduling the work and all items needed, to the work crew, were OUTSTANDING! We requested a install date that was honored. Crew arrived, got sight prepared, covered bushes, lawn, patio concrete, and were up on the roof and tore off 31 square of old shingle in no time damaging nothing in, on, or outside our home. Roof deck was prepared with new ice & water, underlay, metal valley and inspected by Garrett before the first new shingle was installed. New roof shingles were installed professionally by certified Owens Corning installers without any issues and it looks GREAT. Work sight clean up was completed and my yard was cleaner than when they arrived. The dumpster was off my driveway by 8:10 the following morning. The roofing industry has a black eye from guys like "Chuck and a Truck". Frank-Dale Roofing & Exteriors is a true PROFESSIONAL in this industry. I am a very hard guy to satisfy, but Frank-Dale exceeded every expectation we had, we wish we could give them 10 stars! AWESOME

What can I say working with the owner Andy was painless. Received 5 quotes for a 8 unit condo roof replacement and Frank-dale was the best. Not only did they start on time but finished two days early. Work completed August 16, 2017 We had NO damage to our property and clean up was spot on. When taking on such a big project and reviewing roofing contractors you just never know if your going to get the service and workmanship their trying to sell you. In the end you have to pick one and hope for the best. The Condo Assoc. could not be happier with the service we received from start to finish with Frank-dale Exteriors. We will use them for all our exteriors needs in the future . I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a up front no BS roofing company who does what they say. As we prospected for a roofing vendor, Garrett from Frank -Dale was the first to call me back! I was more than happy with his responsiveness to my initial call and subsequent calls & meetings were timely as well. Three of my neighbors had been happy with the roofing work done by this group and we were as well. Having the work completed within a day was my favorite thing about the experience - (the dumpster was gone in a day as well!)....

Andy was very easy to work with and took the time to make sure all the roofing and gutter needs were understood and quoted accordingly. Price was fair and reasonable. Throughout the entire process Andy was available and made personal visits to the house to make sure things were being done as we discussed. Crews arrived within two weeks and finished the job quickly.
