We had Kerkman Construction build our home over 15 years ago. I can't impress enough what a beautiful, quality built home we have. It looks as good today as the day they finished it. We are currently having a 2.5 car garage being built by them 15 years later. The experience has been just as good as we expected it to be. Gary always has great ideas to make your initial concept even better than you imagined. Everything, from materials to the craftsmanship, is top notch. I wish more companies operated with as much honesty, integrity, and laser focused attention to clients' needs as Kerkman Brothers Construction.

Ken Kerkman built our house on Powers Lake and has made several renovations since, over the last 28 years we've lived there. We have been so very happy with all of the work that has been done. The quality of the work is excellent and it has always been a pleasure to work with him and his crew. I recommend this company and give them 5 stars!

Kerkman Brothers Construction is hands-down THE BEST CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN OUR AREA!!! I would NEVER use anyone else...EVER!!!! They built my addition and rehabbed the original part of my home when I moved to Bristol. Ken Kerkman was the General Contractor and his sons poured my foundation and did the carpentry work for the build-out. Ken hired subcontractors like electricians, plumbers, tile installers, siding installers, drywall installers...all excellent. I had very few issues with anyone throughout the entire build-out/rehab project...and... if there were concerns all I had to do was mention it to Ken and it was taken care of. Also, a year or so after the job was completed I had a few problems with a drywall seam. I called Ken...he had his subcontractor come out within a day or two and fix the problem with no questions asked. I can't say enough great things about them!!! We had a complete house built by Kerkman Brothers about 12 or 13 years ago. We were so happy with the job that they did. They were very easy to work with in general and if we decided to change something, they were willing to work with it. If they came across something, they were very upfront and honest about it. They would let us know if things wouldn't work the way we wanted it to, but always came up with good alternatives.

We have used them for various projects, the most recent one was when they came and finished our basement. The guys that come have always been good and we have never had problems with them being in the house. They are respectful and also nice to the kids when they're around. I would most definitely recommend them.
