David's company Globe Construction, was one of three that I had come in to quote. David's expertise in closely matching what the engineer said later, and, the fact that he has a carpentry background added to the very professional quote with full information on steps, pricing, and warranty. I proceeded, and, was very happy with the work. A sagging roof is a major problem, and, the sag was over an extension (add-on) where the roof lines from the extension did not match. Globe's crew did a great job on the rafters (I was up on the roof to inspect) and carpentry, patiently answered all my questions, and, then completed the roofing work by replacing the plywood and shingles to a perfect match and roof line. The job was completed as projected, in 3 days, and, I am very happy with the work.

I had a flat roof installed. Excellent work start to finish.
