Excellent customer service! Had my roof installed a couple of years ago and began experiencing issues with the shingles due to a manufacturing flaw. Not only did the company immediately repair the issue under warranty, but when it arose again a year later in a different spot on the roof they once again promptly made it right again under warranty. Their customer service and repair technicians went above and beyond to make things right. Happy to recommend them!

Completed roof repairs after the wind storm. Our roof had been done by Chouinard Bros about 10 years ago. After the storm in May we had some damage. At first I did not believe we should pay but after a discussion I understood that the storm exceeded the warranty. Excellent customer service.
