Aaron did my Mom's roof end of March/18. One of his workers demanded cash from her and was very intimidating (so much for don't pay til 100% satisfied). His workers left tons of nails all over the property, to which Aaron had said he would clean up with magnetic broom, never happened!!! My Mom had to hire someone to do that! The shingles took months to lay flat, and many have not. We both contacted Aaron repeatedly, left tons of messages, he promised to come by as we were not at all satisfied and he did NOT show up, not even once! He does not back his work. So much for his 'guarantee'. Be careful of this guy folks.

Aaron Knowles came out to my parents place in Wasaga in spring of 2018. They are in their 80's. Low quote and they would do the work in the summer. Many calls later they final drop materials on driveway in September. They didn't do the work until Mid Decemeber 2018. Really cold. Tells my mother muliple times that it's just fine to be the roof on in December! They charged an extra $2000 and as soon as they got paid they never came back to finish the job. Immediately. Left nails in the driveway and on the decks and around the house. It snowed eventually and Aaron said they would be back to clean up when the snow melts. It's June.....nothing. January part of the roof blows off and Aaron says call your insurance company!?!?!. He then wouldn't return any calls or emails. So I get involved....He tried to intimated me like he did with my parents but wasn't very successful. Ultimately he has never kept one promise and has lied to me about getting the work done at least a dozen times. Now we take him to court, it's a very easy and cost effective way to nail this Con man. Do not trust this guy or his company. You can find many similar reviews on other sites going back 5 years. If you have had a similar experience please let me know and I'll give you a hand. I'm going to make sure that this guy is finished up in Wasaga/Collingwood area. Protect yourself and your loved ones and stay clear of this company It won't let you rate ZERO so the one star does not apply
