Our roof was installed 1 Year before we moved in. There were no roof vents put on the front of the house, we developed a huge problem with condensation and mold. The back of the house has roof vents and there are no issues there. The roof is holding up well, however when I asked them to come and take a look at what is going on and what can be done, he refused. He told me it was a major problem with ventilation and not his concern. I again asked if he could just come and take a look to see what could be done as the problem is getting worse, he told me if he had to come out to look it would cost me. Then he promptly changed his mind, said he would not come out, he didn't ever want to talk to me again, not to call back and hung up on me. I am not used to people reacting in this way it left a very sour taste in my mouth. I would never recommend a company that doesn't stand behind their work and treats their clients so rudely.
