I am grateful for the amazing job that Alex and his crew did on my roof. I called numerous roofers and all except Alex didn't have the time of day for me. Alex called me right back and came right over to give me a fair estimate and weather proofed my roof to get me through the winter (in a snow storm). He showed up first thing in the spring and reshingled. It looks great and I'm very happy with his work. Alex and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable and hands down very hard working. Definitely call Alex if you need work done because by far he is the best roofer in and around Parry Sound.

We found Alec on Google, checked his reviews, made a call and 3 days later our leak repaired (only 18 hours after we met at the house). Have used them a total of three times and unfortunately this last time will be the last. The three star rating is because the first two times were amazing. Quick to respond, quick communication and invoicing. I had given him a five star review. I tried to get a quote from him for another job and after several attempts to get the quote I just gave up. I thought he was just too busy. If that was the case I would have appreciated him just telling me he was too busy to quote so I could move on. After not receiving the quote from him after three months we did end up using another company for the repairs. The third time I used them was to repair some fascia that was coming loose. I asked them to come and repair, and instead of repair, they removed it and told me it was too damaged to repair. That was fine. I asked if they would be able to replace the fascia with new material. I do have other handymen I can use if necessary, but they assured me they would take care of it. I was constantly given dates of when they would be swinging by, "sometime next week", or "when things warm up". I was concerned it was going to be left all winter without being repaired. Several texts were sent and there were delayed replies of two or three days with reasons why he could not go to repair, but assurances he would take care of it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt as I was happy with his previous work. After significant delay I offered to take it off his plate and get someone else. He assured me he could get there to get it done. Then there was a significant snow fall in the area, I received an angry text from him because the road was not plowed. I can't control the weather or when things are plowed. Unfortunately he delayed the repairs until there was snow on the ground and now I'm stuck for the winter without it being repaired - to top it off he sends me an angry text! No apology - just treating me as though he was doing me a favour! If using this company be sure to get a date for repair from him and make sure he sticks to it! If he does not show up or try's to give excuses for delays, do yourself a favour and move on right away!

Alex and his team did a superior job on our new roof. They showed up on time and made experience very enjoyable. Work was A+++++. Neighbours have been coming by to give us big compliments on the job they did. Totally professionable and reliable team. Huge thx you to Alex and team.
