They advised us prior to the roof estimator coming by and were extremely respectful to pets and property. Their pricing was very fair, and go above and beyond by providing options on their quotes with detailed information with the different options provided. The employees that came to complete our roofing project were very polite and efficient. They covered landscaping to protect rocks and shrubs from shrapnel as they worked. When they were done, the property was left spotless. Overall very professional. They leave you feeling valued as a customer.

Fantastic pricing and service. I checked a few Better Business Bureau certified companies and the quote from Greenland was $1,000 less than their competitors. They communicated well, arrived on the day they were scheduled and finished the roof in one day to my delight. They also cleaned up so well I did not find a single nail around my house afterwards. I had an issue with flashing which was not related to their work but became apparent during a rain storm after the install and they came out in less than an hour of me calling them, during a rain storm, and fixed the issue at no cost to me. The roofers, office staff and quality inspector were all a pleasure to deal with. In all my years of dealing with housing contractors this has definitely been my best experience. Don’t hesitate to use Greenland. I was very impressed.
