I can't thank you guys enough for coming on the roof and repairing a very damaged roof. The trust and respect I have for Ram goes far greater than words can explain. They explained all the products in great detail so I knew exactly what was being applied on the roof, they did what other companys didnt do actually fixing it as we wait for the for the approval to go in to have the roof replaced. My number 1 phone call will only be going to Ram as other companys just collect a paycheck and walk away. Rock Solid company

I don't even know where to start with these guys. It was a battle to get these guys to show up for a quote, I had to chase them down to actually get the quotes and it's still a battle to get them to complete the job. Typical Medicine Hat trade that has zero customer service and do whatever they want due to minimal competition. After the battle just to get them started, the job was started on October 16 and as of 10 December has yet to be completed and it's a simple gutter install. I was contacted by the owner Roger who had said he would show up personally but he has yet to show. I was contacted by the original estimator of the job who just called and argued about incorrect and wrong facts. If they happen to show up they will be terminated. The only reason this company survives is the minimal competition in Medicine Hat. Absolutely ridiculous.

Definitely a great company to do Business with!

Im sure they do great work once they start but I found getting to that point was a struggle. In my experience there was poor communication between departments in the company and myself. I feel like my business isnt worth their time. I shouldn't have to chase a company to get some work done. Between my last communication( which Im still waiting for a response) and now, I got a quote and job completed by another company. I first contacted Ram in March. Inaccurate quoting and poor communicating, 1 star.
