Would not recommend, we had a new roof and brand new spouting. We had leaks and 27 brackets were unclipped on the spouting found by our plumber, which caused flooding under our house. When I complained they were very rude to me and yelled at me over the phone. When things are going good they're nice but when you complain they are rude and nasty.

Our project was delay for months and months, with no updates from the project manager at all. We had to chase them up with emails after emails. When they finally came to replace our roof they managed to install the new roof but forgot to install the insulation. Also the roof had some issues and we have to get them to come back to make some adjustments. 10/10 would not recommend.

After 7 weeks of emails, messages never returned, and promises when I did manage to get hold of Bruce I have finally given up. If I can't even get a quote I would have no confidence in getting a job done on time. What a shame after I was recommended using you by a satisfied customer. Obviously work is too easy to come by.
