Really poor customer service. Waited and waited for these guys (7 weeks), don't know why I persisted in following them up (my bad) to ultimately have them state they cant turn up and refer me to another firm!?!?

My wife engaged re a very tiny leak in a skylight. Over several months a guy came to do initial assessment. Then later another guy came to actually get on roof to look, We agreed that all that was needed was some filler. Received an emailed quote which I thought was excessive. Some days later a guy came and spent some 20 minutes applying filler. Their undetailed account was $322 inc GST. When my wife asked for the account to be detailed, she got a bit of a smartfart reply which left an unfortunate taste. Pity because the guys were all presentable and friendly. Need two sets of stars, one for quality of work (4) and other for consumer sensitivity (2)
