From start to finish, our re-roof took 8 months through Double D Roofing. The work initially was completed poorly but for almost 3 months, Neil ignored our phone calls and would not come to remedy the poor quality work. It took us going to the disputes tribunal to spur Double D into action and when they did, they came in secret and what they did caused our roof to leak. Then finally, after 8 months of frustrating back and forth, Double D only sent through the warranty the day before our tribunal hearing. Neil was unprofessional and his communication was shocking and he took advantage of us. And the worst part is that he got away with it so I wouldn’t be surprised if the business will do the same again in the future. Would not recommend the services of Double D Roofing to anyone.

In short: Stay Away! It’s one thing to take a $6k deposit off someone then never turn up to do the job quoted, but to constantly fob off, create excuses and now failing to answer numerous calls, emails and letters.... if you can’t do the work - refund your customers deposit. It’s that simple! Last time I checked this was called stealing...

Can not be trusted. Dishonest. Lying. Theft. Takes deposits with no intentions of doing the job.
