We've used Hawkins Plumbing for many years now, both for our home and business. The team there are always reliable, do a great job and the charges are very reasonable. A friendly and efficient company that I highly recommend.

Two years ago I asked these characters to quote me on a fix a leaking hot water cylender - I had used them once before but considered them a bit pricey, but was keen to give a local firm another go. The young-ish (but qualified) plumber spent some considerable time on the phone to his boss after inspecting my cylender and then quoted me $1600 for what appeared to me to be a very modest job. I expressed modest outrage, he gave me some malarchy that appeared not to justify the very high quote at all, and so I showed him the door. I later got a highly experienced plumber from a smaller firm to quickly and comprehensively rectify the problem for about $ 300.

Have used this firm for around 10 years and had excellent service. However recent bills and quotes have been high, up to 25% more than other plumbers I would definitely recommend them for smaller jobs, but on bigger jobs they are very expensive.
