Total disregard for neighbouring properties. My paths were left in such a mess I felt like crying. I had to clean them as I walk right into my living room so my carpet would have been ruined. I had to clean half of my windows as they were left filthy and I had only cleaned them 2 days before. I complained to the company and I got a half baked apology from the workman and I asked him about my gutters. I showed him the muck which I had scraped off my paths and said what are my gutters going to be like. He said they would look and clean them but they didnt. They didnt even secure the property that they were working on - they went away and left the back gate wedged open! I had to go and secure the property as my neighbour was away. Absolute cowboys!!

Had our roof done by this company in June 2017 worst thing we ever did nothing but problems from start to finish we now have a roof which has been repaired by a different company as they refused to come fix it turns out that the company has gone bust and restarted with a different sc number I know this because we employed a solicitor to try get roof repaired all I can say is be very careful I have just wasted £2400

After being approached by a doorstep canvasser and informing him that I had no intention of having the work done this year he told me any quote would be valid for 12 months so I agreed to get a quote for my property . Two days later and agent came to measure up and quote for the work.Again I made it clear that any work would not be carried out this year. He then went through the motions of measuring up but it was apparent that he was not really interested. He did not include my garage in the measurements and quickly left saying he would send me a quote. That was a week ago and I haven't heard from his company. When I do go ahead and get the work done it will not be with this company.

Work was carried out on my next door neighbours property which left my garden filthy. No effort was made to rectify this and have had two phone calls and voicemails ignored.
