Highly recommend. I am south London and they were able to provide a professional service from the start. Quote and appraisal given, letter explaining the quote etcetc. Once agreed they were on the job. Step leading which my neighbour approved and was complimentary of. Had a considerable roof-pair done in 2003 by this company.It was supposed to come with a 10-year guarantee. I rang them on several occasions asking for the guarantee certificate (since I was selling the house). Every time I as told a variation of "Yes, we'll drop it in this afternoon, no worries". On around the fifth occasion I gave up asking. The quality of the work seemed ok, but commitments and promises should be things that are followed up upon.
